The Hats Off To Luck pin was introduced by Avon in 1994. This cute little pin is a gold-tone shamrock with a transparent green overlay and a tiny clear rhinestone in the center of the shamrock. It is marked ©Avon and measures approximately ¾” x 7/8”. It is in excellent vintage condition.
